Vice-Pr\u00e9sident et co-fondateur, Jean-Philippe arbore fi\u00e8rement un dipl\u00f4me en administration des affaires. Son parcours professionnel se caract\u00e9rise par une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e sur les chantiers et dans la gestion d\u2019entreprises et d\u2019\u00e9quipes. Son initiation au domaine de la construction a pris racine en 2006 \u00e0 Calgary, o\u00f9, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de trois autres menuisiers, dont son cousin, il a \u0153uvr\u00e9 sur une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9sidentiels, r\u00e9alisant d\u2019importants travaux de rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p>\u00c0 son retour au Qu\u00e9bec, Jean-Philippe a enrichi son savoir-faire pendant une ann\u00e9e, en travaillant aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son p\u00e8re, Normand Carri\u00e8re, au sein d\u2019une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en restauration apr\u00e8s sinistre. Anim\u00e9 par une aspiration \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie, il a franchi le pas de l\u2019entrepreneuriat en fondant sa premi\u00e8re entreprise de construction en 2008. Porteur d\u2019une licence R.B.Q, il a assum\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de restaurateur apr\u00e8s sinistre pour diverses compagnies d\u2019assurance pendant cinq ans.<\/p><p>2013 a marqu\u00e9 l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une nouvelle voie lorsque Jean-Philippe a rejoint Intact Assurance, une compagnie d\u2019assurance de renom. Pendant sept ans, il s\u2019est d\u00e9vou\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019estimateur en b\u00e2timent et directeur d\u2019unit\u00e9s. Toutefois, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019 s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00eatre un carrefour, teint\u00e9 d\u2019une certaine difficult\u00e9, alors qu\u2019il devait jongler entre son r\u00f4le chez Intact et son d\u00e9fi entrepreneurial naissant. Il a alors pris la d\u00e9cision la plus ardue de sa vie : quitter un employeur prestigieux pour consacrer toute son \u00e9nergie \u00e0 son entreprise, en pleine ascension, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son associ\u00e9.<\/p><p>P\u00e8re de deux charmantes filles et conjoint d\u2019une femme remarquable, Jean-Philippe est un homme droit, sinc\u00e8re, direct et respectueux. Au-del\u00e0 de son amour pour le football, il sait d\u00e9tendre l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re avec son humour \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, n\u2019est pas \u00e9tranger \u00e0 une m\u00e9lodie sous la douche, et est passionn\u00e9 par la vie sous toutes ses formes.
